Nidec Avtron Automation maintains a full service Field Service Department. We have a variety of experienced Service Engineers who are available to you 24/7/365. Whether we provide assistance over the phone, via email, or with on-site service, we have engineers and programs to assist you as needed. Although a purchase order is helpful when opening a job, Nidec-Avtron understands that a PO is not easily issued at 2AM. We work to create a relationship with each of our customers. Our engineers generally travel in North and South America, but are available for hire throughout the world. In addition to our main headquarters in Cleveland, OH, we have field service offices based in Birmingham, AL; Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, PA; Houston, TX and Gillette, WY. We also have integrators using our equipment and providing services throughout the world.
